ROCOL RTD Liquid is a viscous fluid containing extreme pressure additives for use in reaming, tapping, drilling and other metal cutting operations. ROCOL RTD is suitable for all metals including hardened steels, titaniums and nimonics. This product significantly reduces friction giving superb cutting performance. ROCOL RTD Liquid can also be added to ordinary mineral cutting oil for the most severe cutting operations, such as broaching and gear cutting on the toughest metals.

Directions for use
ROCOL RTD Liquid is applied straight to the cutting operation, it is also available in a handy squeeze bottle for ease of use. When used as a mineral cutting oil reinforcement, add between 1 and 5 parts of ROCOL RTD Liquid to 100 parts of neat mineral cutting oil.
