GENERAL:
Basic thin coated AC/DC electrode providing excellent mechanical properties. The electrode ensures fully penetrated root passes even under adverse conditions. Low moisture content of the coating and high resistance to moisture re-absorption. The electrode is CTOD-tested.

For max 10 ml H2/100 g weld metal: 1 h/350Â°C + 20Â°C

Core wire: P <0.015%, S <0.015%, N <60 ppm
All weld metal target level: P <0.015%, S <0.015%
Regarding Si, for diams 2.5 and 3.0 mm: max 0.70% (weldability in root passes).
