WalshEngineering.com is the retail trading business of Walsh Engineering Supplies Limited. The Terms and Conditions in this Price List supersede all previous, and apply to Walsh Engineering Supplies only.

PRICE LIST
The prices in this list are quoted in EUR (€) Euro. All prices exclude VAT at 21% and carriage. Whilst every effort is made to keep prices unchanged for the duration of this list, they are subject to alteration without notice. We reserve the right to charge for goods at the price ruling at the time of dispatch.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SPECIFICATION
Every effort is made to stock all products listed at all times. Whenever possible orders will be dispatched same/next day but completion will be subject to availability. Every care has been taken to describe items correctly. Measurements are provided for guidance only and may vary from that shown. No responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions, we reserve the right to withdraw or alter specifications where necessary and without notice. All products are of good commercial quality. Any error is unintentional and will be corrected if so advised.

ORDERS
Orders can be placed using our online ordering system, telephone, or e-mail. Full payment is required with all orders plus the advised carriage cost. Orders may be collected from our head office in Mallow, Co. Cork.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
The cancellation of any order if not dispatched within 7 working days will not incur a penalty. After this the order will be subject to a 10% administration charge. Defective items will be replaced free of charge.

PAYMENT
Payment can be paid in cash at our office, Cheque or Credit Card using our online ordering system. A receipt of payment will be sent with your goods. A fully detailed VAT invoice can be provided on request. Business Credit Account facilities may be provided subject to prior approval. Please contact kieran@walshengineering.com for details.

CARRIAGE
Carriage is automatically calculated by our online ordering system. Weight, size and your location are all taken into consideration in working our this figure. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage unless notified immediately, and confirmed in writing within 7 working days of date of dispatch.

OVERSEAS SALES
We are happy to receive orders for dispatch overseas. Orders to any EU address will pay the price plus 21% VAT. All other destinations are VAT free (the price shown on the site).

DESIGNS
Designs, drawings, photographs, product information, layout and style are considered property. Reproduction in whole, or in part, of any product, document or publication is strictly prohibited, nor may any publication in whole or part be stored in a retrieval system of any nature, without written permission.

LIABILITY
WalshEngineering.com’s total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by WalshEngineering.com to the customer. WalshEngineering.com shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
